We collect information necessary to provide financial services, including: full name, date of birth, address, contact details, tax file numbers and foreign tax identifiers, government-issued ID, employment and financial information, source-of-funds evidence, trading activity, device and log data, and communications with our team.

We use personal information to: verify identity and comply with AML/CTF, FATCA and CRS obligations; open and administer accounts; execute and settle transactions; assess suitability for products such as IPOs; provide client support; improve our services; and send service and regulatory communications.

We may share information with executing brokers, custodians, banks, clearing houses, IPO issuers and their agents, identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, professional advisers, and Gibraltar-regulated and foreign regulators or law enforcement where required. We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, mandatory multi-factor authentication for staff, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; you must protect your credentials and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

We retain records for at least seven years after account closure, or longer where required by Gibraltar FSC rules, AML/CFT law, tax law or regulator directive.
